Magazine advertising campaign for Tabbah Fine Jewellery & Watches
Tabbah wanted to do a series of advertising campaign using existing product photos that they have. The jewellery are shot either from the front or at an angle view.
So we came up with the idea of using watercolour illustrations so that the jewellery could be showcased in the most elegant manner with the ability to convey the ideation of the jewellery design and/or show the jewellery in situ (of someone wearing it).
Working closely with the client, I first came up with a range of draft drawings, then we commissioned a brilliant watercolourist Jason Siew to do the series of illustrations.
Using the illustrations, I designed the single and double-spread adverts.
